We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our registered users ("Users") and the individuals who receive invitations or RSVP to events managed through our platform ("Guests").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Important Notice: Data Controller vs. Data Processor
To comply with international data protection laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR):
For Users (Account Holders): Zeloov acts as the Data Controller for the personal data you provide to create and manage your account and subscription plans.
For Guests (Event Invitees): Zeloov acts strictly as a Data Processor. Our Users are the Data Controllers of their Guests' information (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and dietary preferences collected via Smart RSVP).
Note to Users: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents from your Guests before uploading or collecting their personal information through Zeloov.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information Provided Directly by Users
Account Data: When you register for Zeloov, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, and account password.
Event and Invitation Data: Any text, layouts, graphics, or imagery uploaded to customize your digital invitations.
Guest Lists & RSVP Details: Contact information of your Guests (emails, phone numbers) uploaded by you or inputted by Guests during the RSVP process.
AI Prompts and Inputs: When you utilize our AI-powered design tools, we collect and process the text prompts, descriptions, and styling keywords you input to generate your custom invitations. These inputs are used solely to facilitate the generation process and improve platform UI mechanics.
B. Financial and Payment Data
Billing Information: Zeloov charges a single, flat fee of $14.99 for full access to all platform features and invitation tools. All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners.
PCI-DSS Compliance: Zeloov does not view, store, or process your credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by our certified payment providers.
C. Automatically Collected Data
Usage and Device Information: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction data (e.g., timestamps of when invitations are opened or modified) to optimize the Service's performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
Provide, maintain, and upgrade the Zeloov digital invitation platform.
Facilitate the Smart RSVP tracking system and automate guest notifications.
Process subscription payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Zeloov does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including:
Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting Providers (to securely store data).
Email and SMS Delivery Services (to transmit your invitations and RSVP updates to Guests).

5. Data Retention and Your "Right to Be Forgotten"
Account Retention: We retain User data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
Account Deletion: Users may permanently delete their account at any time through their Dashboard or by contacting us at support@zeloov.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, Zeloov will permanently purge all associated account information, digital invitations, and Guest RSVP lists within thirty (30) days.
Legal Exceptions: Minimal transactional logs and invoices may be retained in an encrypted archive solely to comply with mandatory statutory financial and tax reporting audits required by law.
Automated Data Lifecycle and Storage Optimization: To optimize server infrastructure and hosting performance, all invitation profiles, media assets, and Guest RSVP lists will be automatically and permanently deleted from Zeloov's active servers fifteen (15) days after the scheduled date of the event. Zeloov does not provide permanent archival storage for completed events.
Users are explicitly notified that they must extract all required Guest data prior to this automated deletion, as Zeloov does not maintain offline archives or backups of purged event assets once the 15-day post-event window has closed.
6. International Data Transfers
As an online platform, information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your local jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of data to our secure global cloud servers. We implement standard contractual clauses to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection worldwide.
