Absolutely! You can sign up, explore our entire creative dashboard, upload images, and fully customize your invitation layout completely for free. You will only be asked to pay the $14.99 activation fee when you are ready to publish the event and generate your live, shareable link for your guests.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through our encrypted, third-party payment gateway partners. In strict compliance with PCI-DSS standards, Zeloov never stores, views, or processes your raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

Because Zeloov provides immediate, full digital access to our premium design infrastructure and server allocation upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable. To keep our cloud hosting infrastructure optimized and secure, every premium invitation profile remains fully active throughout your event planning phase and stays live for exactly 15 days after your scheduled event date. After this 15-day grace period, the link expires and the page will display an inactive status.

Once the 15-day post-event window closes, all guest lists, RSVP records, dietary inputs, and uploaded media assets are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active servers. It is your responsibility to export your Guest RSVP data into an Excel/CSV file from your Dashboard before this time. Zeloov does not maintain offline archives of expired data.

Don't worry! If your event date changes, you can modify the scheduled date directly from your User Dashboard. However, you must make this date adjustment before your original 15-day post-event grace period lapses, so our automated server management system knows to extend your lifecycle timeline.

Your guests do not need to create an account or download any apps! When they open your unique Zeloov invitation link, they can instantly view the details and fill out the interactive RSVP form. The moment a guest submits their response, it automatically updates in real-time on your host Dashboard.

However, please note that you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or license to use that specific music track. Zeloov acts strictly as a passive hosting provider and disclaims liability for unauthorized copyright material uploaded by users.

In compliance with international intellectual property and DMCA practices, if Zeloov receives a formal legal notice from a copyright holder regarding an unlicensed asset on your page, we reserve the right to immediately mute the audio or suspend the invitation profile without notice and without a refund.

Yes! You can log into your Dashboard at any time — even minutes before your event — to update times, locations, gift registries, or schedules. The changes will reflect instantly on the same live link without changing the URL.

Our smart platform allows you to describe your dream event using simple text prompts (e.g., "A minimalist rooftop cocktail party invitation with soft gold accents"), and our built-in AI will instantly generate a tailored design and text layout for you! However, please remember that artificial intelligence can occasionally make mistakes, include typos, or generate minor design glitches. It is highly recommended and is your responsibility to thoroughly check, proofread, and edit all AI-generated content and dates from your Dashboard before publishing your invitation.

Zeloov's core framework is optimized for modern mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Google Chrome, Android WebViews, etc.). However, legacy devices or obsolete browsers (such as older desktop versions of Internet Explorer) may restrict certain modern web functionalities, such as advanced animations or automated background music playback.

This is a standard security restriction implemented by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) mobile operating systems, not a bug on Zeloov. Most modern mobile browsers block websites from autoplaying audio until the user physically interacts with the screen (e.g., taps an "Open Invitation" or "Enter" button).

If your payment is interrupted or flagged by our gateway, the link may be auto-suspended for security reasons. Please reach out to our technical support team at support@zeloov.com, and we will review your payment transaction logs to reactivate your profile immediately.
